Flaneur depicted Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for its fourth issue. The street, though unavoidable for romans and tourists alike, is a street that can easily be dismissed and ignored – it’s hectic, fragmented and not beautiful by roman standards, but it is here that Rome’s future was once considered, and the magazine attempts this challenge again.
